If you come on my blog or social media pages to debate with me about my commentary, opinions, insights, etc., please adhere to what I’m about to say. My pieces are intended to help educate my people (Black people and all people of the African Diaspora) from a Global Majority perspective. If you are not from the Global Majority and are interested in my pieces, feel free to learn, snoop, surveil, or whatever blows your skirt up. However, if you are here to troll, I suggest that you keep your words to yourself because I’m sure that I can eat you for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Then I’m going to block you.
Please, whatever you do, do not ask me to refer to some “whitewashed” western-world literature to validate some point you’re trying to make to me. I don’t subscribe to McMillan-Webster, Britannica, Pearson, and most nonsense on the internet. My teachers were: Carter G. Woodson, Frances Cress Welsing, Marcus Garvey, James H. Cone, W.E.B. DuBois, Fannie Lou Hamer, etc. Why in the world would I refer to something oppressors wrote to fit his or her agenda of white supremacy/racism. No thank you. Thank you for going on this journey with me in this distant civilization. Happy reading!
