Opinion: Are Black Cops in America No More Than Diversity Fronts for Racist Law Enforcement Profession

In the span of a week, former Minneapolis Black police officer Mohamed Noor was found guilty of murder and manslaughter for shooting and killing a white woman who was banging on the window of his police car in a dark alley. Also, Alex Underwood, a Black sheriff in South Carolina, was indicted (after an FBI investigation) for illegally jailing a man for three days. These are just two incidences that I happen to know about. I’m sure there are other obvious examples that Black law enforcement officers are no more than diversity fronts who constantly get sent messages by their white colleagues that they better not even think about doing to white people, what white cops often do to Black people: kill and brutalize them.

With that, why in hell do so many Black cops buy off into the blue brotherhood, blue wall of silence bull? They too are running around brandishing their service pistols in their own people’s faces, while being afraid to look in the faces of white women like it’s 1719, or even 1950. These white cops hate your Black ass just as much as they hate our Black ass. How can so many Black cops sit quietly by and allow for these white law enforcement officers to beat and kill Black people? Or, I’m I wrong? Are some Black cops dying inside with every Black body that’s killed or brutalized by their white colleagues? I believe a few are.

I’m not calling for all Black cops to abandon their jobs. There is no doubt in my mind that if it weren’t for the few real Brothers in many of these police departments, more departments would be nothing more than what they were originally created for: slave catching units. We need for the few true Brothers to stay in place as eyes and ears of what’s happening on the inside. I’m just asking that they do more before the killing of our people at the hands of racist white nationalist, within their ranks, extinguish our people. I don’t have the magic answer to solve all this, but I know that a bunch of Black cops being afraid of losing their jobs is not the answer. In fact, fearful Black cops only emboldens racist, white nationalist cops to kill more Black people.

  1. Black cops are nothing more than snitches for the white man. Read this.

“Four St. Louis police officers were indicted Thursday in connection with the beating of an undercover officer during violent protests in the Missouri city last year after a white former officer was acquitted in the shooting death of a black man.

Three of the officers, Dustin Boone, 35, Randy Hays, 31, and Christopher Myers, 27, are facing felony charges of deprivation of constitutional rights, conspiracy to obstruct justice, destruction of evidence, and obstruction of justice.

Bailey Colletta, 25, a fellow officer who was in a romantic relationship with Hays, was charged with making misleading assertions and false statements to a grand jury in an attempt to obstruct justice. All four officers were suspended without pay, according to the Associated Press.”

A Black cop went undercover at a Missouri protest in order to take note of which BLACK protesters needed to be arrested for their conduct when he was thrown down on the ground and kicked and beaten by three WHITE cops to within an inch of his life. The undercover spy snitch cop is still out on sick leave, unable as yet to return to his duties of being a snitch for the white man against those who look like him.

And don’t forget that Black cops were also partly responsible for the murder of Freddie Gray. Black cops think that what they do can impress whitey when there ain’t a damn thing they could do that is worse than whitey has already thought of but I guess the Black cops want whitey to pat them on their head when they tear unholy hell out of Black people and get told by whitey, “Good job!”
