  1. Even the real Gru wouldn’t do anything that despicable (no pun intended). I’m glad he got fired for that bigoted display right there. The guy in the costume would’ve never tried that with a white child and everybody knows it. When I saw that photo I thought to myself “That could’ve been my little sister when we were kids.” and I just fumed. I know some people might have an issue with me talking about my background in that way, but even I got my wake up call when I was younger. This is just maddening. That racist douchebag needs to stay away from children let alone society.

      1. Thank you, Kreb. I know you don’t since you’ve been supportive, so don’t get me wrong. It’s just that this situation hits really close to home for me like that one story a couple of years ago where that boy almost got lynched in New Hampshire. Just because he has a white parent didn’t mean he was immune to abject racism.

        Going back on topic here, I’m sure that devil or anyone in any theme park establishment did other heinous things around that didn’t get reported. Then again, it’s the age of exposure and knowledge, so to speak.
