  1. I’ve done both with equally great results. I think the only thing we need to know is that we do need to work out. If your schedule permits a morning workout, all well and good, but sometimes an evening workout will have to do. Speaking for myself, I did prefer an evening workout because I felt that the calories I had eaten during the day were practically burned off before bedtime.
